Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

• 500g flour
• 250g sugar
• 125g butter
• 125g margarine
• 1/2 baking powder
• vanilla sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the flour, sugar, butter, margarine, baking powder, vanilla sugar, egg, and egg yolk into a dough.
3. Chill the dough for 1 hour.
4. Press or pipe the dough into shapes on a baking tray.
5. Bake until lightly golden.
