Red Wine Cake

Ingredients

• 250g butter
• 200g sugar
• 4 eggs
• 250g flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 100g dark chocolate shavings
• 125ml red wine
• 1 tsp rum aroma

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Beat the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
4. Mix in the flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon, chocolate shavings, red wine, and rum aroma.
5. Bake the batter until set.
