Pickle, Fuet & Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

• extra virgin olive oil
• balsamic vinegar
• fresh rosemary
• fresh thyme
• 5ml mustard
• parsley, chopped
• stuffed green olives
• black olives
• Emmental, diced
• fuet, sliced
• gherkins, sliced
• piparra peppers
• sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
• parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, thyme, mustard and parsley into a dressing.
2. Combine the stuffed olives, black olives, Emmental, fuet, gherkins, piparra peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.
3. Toss the appetizer with the dressing and serve.
