Baked Brie & Charcuterie Dip
Ingredients
- honey
- walnuts, chopped
- garlic, finely grated
- fresh thyme
- chilli flakes
- Brie, brought to room temperature and cut into pieces
- bresaola or other charcuterie
- walnuts, chopped
- fresh thyme, to finish
- sourdough baguette, cut into 1–2cm slices
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C with conventional top and bottom heat.
- Mix the honey, chopped walnuts, garlic, thyme and chilli flakes.
- Put the Brie in an ovenproof dish and tuck the bresaola between the pieces. Drizzle over the honey topping and add more chopped walnuts.
- Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes, until the Brie has melted.
- Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes, until crisp.
- Finish the baked Brie with fresh thyme and serve it with the crostini.
